one option you have is to open/re-seal the headlight...
it all depends though, is there a crack in the lens somewhere, or is the condensation coming through a bad seal/crack in the silicone
as a temporary solution you can try this
i bought this aluminum waterproof tape and put it all around the seals of my lights to help keep condensation out if the seal isnt 100%, also had to use it on the back of the lights to keep dirt/water out because there was exposed holes around the projector
i believe i paid ~$10 for it, it contours very well to seams/unusual bends - i was surprised
im sure ken (racing gear) - the headlight guru - will shed some light on this for ya as well
ps. ken told me a good way to dry off the condensation is to take out the highbeam bulb and use a hair drier to have it gone
