Membership Fees/Renewals Packages

UPDATE - April 20, 2010

With the $40 Membership Fee, your package will include the following:

1. TAC Member Card with an expiry date of April 30, 2011
2. TAC T-Shirt - colour options - black/white/pink/red/navy blue; size options - S/M/L/XL/XXL/XXXL
3. 1 FREE Oil Change courtesy of Toronto Honda (expires April 30, 2011)
4. TAC Decals - colour options - black/white/silver - 2/package

TAC Member Card holders will receive additional discounts on all parts at Toronto Honda. We are working with our Vendors to offer great savings/deals to Member Card holders ONLY. You MUST show your Member Card in order to receive discounts at any of our Vendors/Affiliates.

Annual Membership Fee/Annual Renewal - May 1, 2010 for ALL current/active Members.

In order to promote/maintain TAC Membership, these are the new Membership Fee/Renewal package options:

1. May 1, 2010(annual renewal fee due in subsequent years) - $40 Membership fee which would include a t-shirt(colour/size will vary) and TAC Member Card(with expiry after 1 year) and two TAC Decals.

2. May 1, 2010(annual renewal fee due in subsequent years) - $30 Membership fee which would include a TAC Member Card(with expiry after 1 year) and two TAC Decals.

3. Annual Renewal Fee as of May 1, 2011 - $20 - $25(to be determined) which would include a TAC Member Card(with expiry after 1 year) and two TAC Decals. (If you have NOT paid for Membership/Annual Renewal in 2009, then please refer to Option #1 or Option #2.
Option 3 is only available to those who signed up in 2009, or paid renewal in 2009 and are due for renewal again now in 2010.).

Additional TAC T-shirts can be purchased at a cost of $10/t-shirt. Please pm me with the size/colour of the t-shirt(s) you would like.

Payments can be made in person or via paypal @ payments@torontoaccords.com. Make sure a pm is sent to the admin team (ie. Derek) to notify you have paid through paypal and please add a note to your paypal payment stating username, your name, membership choice opted for and shirt size if necessary along with decal colors preferred and etc

I am sure you are wondering why the increase for Membership Fees/Renewal, here is why,

In order to cover the cost of t-shirts/TAC Member Card as well as the funds would continue to go towards the website support/development, TAC decals and hopefully the purchase of a TAC Event BBQ and possibly banner.

All of these things cost money, and it will take all of the Member's who have been supporting TAC over the years to make this happen, as well as offering something back to you as a way to say thank you.

The purpose of the TAC Member Card is to receive additional discounts from our TAC Vendor's/Affiliates, so that those who have actually paid their Membership Fees, are getting the bonuses/benefits.

What this also means, is that it will allow the Mods/Admin to better track who are current/active Member's are. So, if by May 1 of whatever year, passes and Membership Renewal's have not been paid/arrangements have not been made with a Admin/Mod to pay, your Member status would be changed back to Registered User.

Those who have paid for Annual Membership/Annual Renewal in 2009 (after May 2009), would pay a pro-rated amount depending on which option they want.

So if your already paid membership expired on the end of (X month) you have to pay (X percentage of your chosen plan to renew until end of april 2011)

so what im getting from this is that the $40 package includes all the chit you mentioned initially (card, shirt, oil change, decals), whereas the $30 package would get you only the card and decals.....

Something that has "TAC" on the front and "www.torontoaccords.com" on the sleeve and "Toronto Accord Club" on the back.






The font will be the same as it is on the TAC banner, and the lettering size will probably be about the same as it is on the t-shirt in the pics.

Pretty disappointing that only a handful of people are contacting me about Memberships/Renewals.

What is good to see is that most of the people are first time official Member's.

For all those who still wish to pay for Memberships/Renewals, May 9, 2010 is the last day to make arrangements to do so, otherwise your Member status/Member discount privileges will no longer be honoured by our Vendors.

Renewals apply to anyone who has paid for their Membership after May 2009.

Hoping there will be a much stronger support for the Club, before the end of the weekend.

Please pm me as per the OP, in order to make arrangements if you cannot make it out to the Meets.
